When Ca Senate Candidate Carly Fiorina was asked by a user on 10questions.com the following question, “Prop 19 claims passage will generate billions of dollars of new revenue for the State of California. Opponents say public health and safety costs will rise exponentially. What say you?”
She answers, "sending billions of dollars in new tax revenues to Sacramento is exactly the problem…because Sacramento has a spending problem and will continue to spend the money we send them...and that we need to focus all of our energies on growing our economy and creating jobs.”
Fiorina is outspokenly opposed to Prop 19 and legalization of marijuana because of the amount of dollar it will generate for our economy. WHAT?!?! She admits and recognizes the huge financial potential of legalizing marijuana for the California deficit, but spins the answer.
